Definitely sturdy, ball will not roll out of base without significant tilting

I'm a fitness instructor & wanted extra equipment without spending alot of money for a class. After a long search, this step was the only one that offered everything I wanted in a set @ the lowest price. It was shipped & delivered on date promised & came intact no damages!! Online purchases can cause uncertainty but this was not the case & I will definitely purchase again

Nice chair for the price

I use this product for a computer chair. I build websites for a living and this is better then the $800 chair I bought. I also use it to do back stretches..

I dreaded using the publicly shared set at my gym as we'll just say the set there "wasn't very sanitary". I'd always wear long sleeves when I used them. Now I have & use my own set and hang them from the chin up bar. I keep them in my gym bag and can wash them as needed.

very sturdy and well made. It is similar to the balance board i used in physical therapy which is why I bought it : to continue doing the exercises at home

Found this to be a good addition to core conditioning. The height adjustor is easy to use and makes the board versatile for members of the family that are not as aggressive training. Use the board for hockey stick handling drills and works great.
